Back to the roots meets spiraldynamics

Pre Pilates exercises and Basic Pilates exercises, especially recommended for Pilates beginners.

Pilates as a holistic training concept combines with elements from Spiral Dynamics, a movement and therapy concept of human movement coordination. We invite you to an hour in which you get to know your body in its alignment and movement a bit more or differently again.

At the same time, you'll improve your movement intelligence, your talent for moving in ways that are good for your body and for you.

Our program for this Pilates lesson:

-WARM UP:
Foot massage and spiral dynamics for a stable, strong arch of the foot
Exercises for a mobile and beautifully aligned spine/vertebral chain and a relaxed neck

-HAUTPTEIL:
"Back to the roots": pre- and basic Pilates exercises

-LOCKING PART:
Relaxation (time to let go, reflect and be grateful)

Pilates is also excellent for gentle rehabilitation after injury or for back problems, as well as prevention of back pain.

Here is my recommendation, what you should always have ready for training:

  • Training mat
  • Towel
  • A small cushion
  • Yoga blocks
  • Massage ball
  • Flex tape

Preparation for the Pilates lesson:

  • Ventilate the room before training.
  • Prepare a cup of tea.
  • Create a positive atmosphere in the room - e.g. candle, good scent, fine background music.
  • Move cell phone, laptop, TV out of sight, hearing and reach.
