A perfect course for all ages. Thank you dear Maria, the detailed explanations are very helpful and when you internalize the exercises and the success is obviously noticeable, I am happy and know it was a wise decision. I have now started my second subscription year and it is the best investment I could have made. Dear Maria, in principle I am absolutely not a friend of training alone at home in front of the PC 🙂 because on the one hand I miss the personal touch of the trainer and on the other hand the possibility of correction. But: your course is very detailed, video exercise sequence, video again with details of what to look out for, text, more tips. And questions are answered very quickly. The only thing I find a pity is that you are so far away, I would love to take part in a face-to-face training :-))) Otherwise very super and recommendable!
