Workout from the first day

From the first day of training you can do the complete workout with Maria and Wolfgang as a guided training session. Through conscious Pilates breathing, the workout not only has a positive effect on your body, but also on your emotions. After a Pilates session you feel more relaxed and comfortable in your body.
