    Die Anleitungen sind sehr gut, genau uns ausführlich.
    Ich werde trotz der Ähnlichkeiten bei meinem Yoga- Programm bleiben und keine Mitgliedschaft im Pilatesclub eingehen.

    Der Kurs ist gut aufgebaut. Die Uebungen werden sehr gut vorgeführt , erklärt und auf die korrekte Haltung hingewiesen.

  8. Das Pilates Programm ist für mich perfekt. Klar strukturiert& sehr professionell aufgearbeitet. Ich liebe es 🙂 und es macht immer wieder so viel Spaß damit in der häuslichen Umgebung zu trainieren. Herzlichen Dank für dieses tolle Angebot.

  9. Die genauen Erklärungen der Übungen finde ich sehr gut, allerdings ist es für mich ziemlich langweilig 30 Tage lang, dazu das gleiche Video zu sehen. Da hätte ich mir mehr Abwechslung gewünscht.

      Vielen Dank für dein ehrliches Feedback! Ich verstehe vollkommen, dass es herausfordernd sein kann, 30 Tage lang mit dem gleichen Video zu trainieren. Ich freue mich, dass dir die Erklärungen der Übungen gefallen – das zeigt, dass wir auf dem richtigen Weg sind!

      Damit es nicht langweilig wird und du weiterhin motiviert bleibst, empfehle ich dir, zusätzliche Workouts aus verschiedenen Levels und Zeitangaben auszuwählen. Starte gerne mit einem Workout, das auf Level 1–2 abgestimmt ist. Wenn du dich sicher fühlst, kannst du auch ein Level-3-Workout ausprobieren, um zu sehen, wie du damit zurechtkommst.

      Übe diese Workouts eine gewisse Zeit, bis du das Gefühl hast, wieder sattelfest zu sein, und wechsle dann zu einem anderen, um neue Reize zu setzen und deine Fortschritte zu spüren. Falls du möchtest, helfe ich dir gerne, passende Videos oder Kombinationen auszuwählen. Schreib mir einfach! 😊

  14. Clear structure, well-structured, catchy explanations.... I/we were very lucky to experience Maria and Wolfgang in person at the Breathing Retreat. Both are very committed, convincing and so likeable that this alone makes practicing and learning an enrichment.

It's great that the course is structured step by step, with the individual exercises being shown and repeated at the beginning and all the exercises learned so far being practiced together in a flow at the end of the training session.   24. After watching many videos with Maria on youtube channel, I decided to start Pilates from scratch. Very simple, clearly structured website. The exercises are good and because of the repetition in the calendar, you learn to do the exercises very well. I really enjoy it.

Thank you dear Maria, the detailed explanations are very helpful and when you internalize the exercises and the success is obviously noticeable, I am happy and know it was a wise decision. I have now started my second subscription year and it is the best investment I could have made.
