Walking on the Spot Plank
The Pilates exercise "Walking on the Spot Plank" requires full-body stability even in the starting position, as it begins in the push-up position.
The exercise promotes mobility as well as ankle coordination. Also, the deep trunk muscles are challenged by the additional leg and ankle movements. Due to the complexity, this exercise is very effective for the whole body.

Exercise description
In the push-up position we alternately mobilize the knee and ankle.
Breathing flows with it.
Repeat this exercise 6 to 8 times, alternating smoothly.
