Pilates for inner and outer balance
Discover your balance
Duration: 49 minutes
Level: suitable for all training levels, from absolute beginner to Pilates professional
But what exactly does it mean to be in balance?
Is it a question of strength, stability, mental strength or sensitivity?
In this Pilates class, I would like to work with you on your balance with the aim of promoting it and, above all, making you aware of it. My aim is to increase your physical vitality, but also to work preventively against the mental and cognitive degeneration of our synapses in the brain.
We now know that balance exercises can have a preventative effect against Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, etc. Just half an hour a week is enough to activate brain production and brain areas.
The concept of balance in Pilates
-Internal balance:
This is about mental strength, self-awareness and emotional balance. How do you react to stress? What keeps you centered when you are out of balance?
-Outside balance:
This is about physical stability and strength. How do you maintain control of your body and posture in different situations?
The role of Pilates
Pilates as a form of training not only strengthens the body, but also promotes mental strength and sensitivity. It is about feeling inner stability and expressing this outwardly.
Practical exercises in the Pilates class:
In this Pilates class we perform special Pilates exercises aimed at strengthening inner and outer balance.
The program for the Pilates lesson
Introduction: Centering and arriving
We start the class with targeted breathing exercises and focusing the eyes. This part is important in order to arrive in the here and now and mentally prepare for the following exercises.
Main part: Strength and stability
In the main section, we focus on exercises that are specifically designed to strengthen the core muscles and improve external stability.
We place particular emphasis on activating the inner mental strength and transferring it to the physical level. This approach helps to create a harmonious balance between body and mind.
Conclusion: Reflection and integration
At the end, we dedicate ourselves to a conscious reflection unit. The aim here is to become aware of what we have experienced during the lesson and integrate it into our everyday consciousness.
This phase is important in order to fully grasp and internalize the positive effects of the Pilates exercises.
Self-reflection and regular practice:
I encourage you to reflect on your experience after the class. Do you feel more stable and centered?
Repetition is the key to deepening these experiences. I recommend repeating these lessons regularly to get the full benefit.
This Pilates class is an opportunity to train not only your body but also your mind. Discover how Pilates can help you to express your inner strength and bring balance to your life.
